- Create multiple accounts for the same business without authorization

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

RetailEase POS offers various subscription plans:
- Free Trial: Limited-time access to test our features
- Basic Plan: Essential features for small businesses
- Standard Plan: Advanced features for growing businesses
- Premium Plan: Full features for established businesses
4.2 Pricing and Billing
- Subscription fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- All prices are displayed on our website at retaileasepos.com
- Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- Billing cycles are monthly or annually, as selected by you
- Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You authorize automatic renewal and recurring billing
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the current price until the next renewal period.
Payment Reminder: Late payments may result in service interruption. Overdue accounts are subject to suspension after 7 days and termination after 14 days of non-payment.
5. Free Trial

- The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before expiration

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

Violation Consequences: Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

- Sales transactions

7.2 License to Us
By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

- Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement
7.3 Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of your content
- Maintaining your own backups of critical data
- Compliance with data protection laws regarding customer information
- Ensuring you have the right to use any uploaded content (images, text, etc.)
7.4 Data Export
You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.
8. Service Availability and Support
8.1 Uptime and Availability
- We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
Important Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. You use RetailEase POS at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining backup copies of critical business data.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RetailEase POS, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party

- Your business operations conducted using our Service
